Why fee and equipment are separate
A flat rate hides what you are paying for. Kept apart, you can see what the work on the night costs and what the equipment costs – and save on one without losing the other.
Preparation & dramaturgy
Briefing call, run-of-show planning, must-play and no-go lists, musical dramaturgy for the whole evening – and the performance itself.
Equipment to suit the room
Sound and light depend on guest numbers and the room. A vaulted cellar with 40 guests needs something different from a hall with 200.
Travel
Private parties across southern Germany, corporate events and galas Europe-wide. What that means in practice is set out below.
Equipment
Three levels, scaled to room and guest count
Which level fits is settled in the briefing call – guest numbers alone do not decide it, the room acoustics have a say.
Up to 50 guests
Small light show, two T-bars with 12 to 16 fixtures. For rooms where the equipment should recede rather than stand out.
50 to 150 guests
Up to four T-bars, eight ambient floor spots, plus laser and hazer. The lighting carries a full dance floor for hours.
150 guests and up
Light show with LED tubes and ambient spots, laser and hazer, optional laser show. For large rooms and long nights.

Travel
Private events: a fixed radius from 89186 Illerrieden is included; beyond that, travel is charged per kilometre.
Corporate and Europe-wide productions: travel, hotel, transfers and any local technical partners are charged as incurred. That is more honest than a Europe-wide flat rate nobody ends up honouring.
The actual figures
Package prices, equipment prices and the per-kilometre rate are in the members area. Registration is free and the figures are visible immediately afterwards.
Why not in the open? A price without its context gets compared instead of understood – and every event is cut differently.
